Here's exactly what happens from here.
Phase 1: Account Setup
Your first step is booking your technical setup call. This is handled by our onboarding team and runs about 60 minutes.
On this call they will:
- Activate your account
- Connect your phone number
- Set up your email sending domain
- Connect your web domain
- Submit your A2P registration
Before you book — make sure you have these ready:
- Login access to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, wherever your domain lives)
- Legal business name exactly as it appears on your taxes
- Business physical address (must match tax registration)
- EIN
- Professional email at your domain ([email protected] — not Gmail)

Phase 2: Build, Training + Go-Live
A2P registration approval takes 2-3 weeks. While that's processing, we build your workflows. Once approved, we meet to:
