Mikke Papes is the founder of Vibe Align, an AI systems agency built specifically for behavioral health programs. She spent fourteen years inside the field before leaving to build the systems it never had. Vibe Align products include CADENCE, an AI intake and care continuity system, and SUDSync, a regulatory intelligence platform for SUD programs.
Mikke Papes is a licensed clinician and the founder of Vibe Align, an AI systems agency that builds automation infrastructure for behavioral health programs, across the continuum of care.
Before founding Vibe Align, Mikke spent fourteen years working inside behavioral health: in detox units, outpatient and residential programs, private practice, compliance consulting, audit preparation, and clinical leadership. She witnessed — and lived — the systemic failures that come when organizations run critical operations on human memory and informal workarounds. Vibe Align was built to fix that.
The flagship products include CADENCE, an AI-powered intake and care continuity system for behavioral health programs, and SUDSync, a regulatory intelligence platform that monitors and translates compliance updates across regulatory bodies, and state-level legislation.
